Bridging the Gap
Today you are you, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is youer than you!

Hi! My name is Beth Luketic. I’m glad you’re here. This website is all about the process of actively owning my story, authentically living my story and using a public platform to tell my story. I’m thinking of it as a personal and professional portfolio. An autobiography of sorts; to be used mostly for the purpose of following my growth journey from the past to the present, and where I would like to go in the future. Thank you for visiting my site and walking with me
One way I believe I can live my most authentic life is through a public philosophy statement. Telling my philosophy out loud is a way I’ve found to be helpful in following through with walking my talk. This section includes my personal values statement and personal mission statement. It also includes a section on ethical leadership and how I plan to lead others in my career and community.
There is no such thing as the separation between “professional life” and “personal life.” There is only one life. And the term work-life balance doesn’t really exist in practice. There is only one balanced life. The best way I own my story is to write about my experience from a balanced perspective rather than separating professional from personal. I write about my whole experience as it parallels my personal philosophy in the career path I’ve chosen and how my family life is intertwined with my professional life.
The slogan “Bridging the Gap With Compassion, Connection, and Creativity,” sums up my philosophy in a nutshell. These words provide guidance when making difficult decisions and provide a simple way to analyze my day-to-day interactions with others. This website is a way to share how I’m living my story. I expect it will be filled with random experiences and thoughts I pick up along the way.
If you would like to get in touch, leave your name and email along with a brief message in the box below. I look forward to hearing from you!
